As part of our commitment to provide a reliable and secure service to our users, Oracle Ravello is regularly enhancing infrastructure components.
Please be advised that Ravello operations team will be performing a scheduled service maintenance for the Ravello Service on the following date: Saturday, Aug. 10th, 2019.

This notice is to make you aware that during the maintenance window, there will be up to 60 minutes period when the Ravello Service access will not be available via console UI nor API.
The Ravello cloud console access will NOT be accessible.
Provisioning of NEW workloads via the Ravello cloud console will not be available.
Console (VNC) access to running VMs will not be available.
DNS (fqdn) connectivity to running VMs will not be available.

Already running APPs/VMs will NOT be affected.
IP connectivity to already running resources will NOT be affected.

Our team will make all efforts to reduce service disruption as much as possible. A special message will be posted for any event which requires users' attention.

A reminder will be sent 1 hour prior to this maintenance.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Ravello MGMT Console (User Interface, VM Console Access Service, API access, End User Portal, Training Platform, User Notifications) and Networking (DNS Services).
