Ravello continues to enhance service's infrastructure components, as part of our commitment to provide a reliable and secure service to our users. Please be advised that Ravello operations team will be performing a scheduled service maintenance for Ravello’s Management Console on the following date: Sun., Dec 16th, 2018.
This notice is to make you aware that during the 1 hour maintenance window, there will be up to 30 minutes period when the Ravello Cloud Service access will not be available.
Important: Already running VMs/Apps will NOT be affected. Access to running VMs will be available via IP address only.
Main capabilities to be affected during the 30 minutes downtime period: - Users will not be able to login to cloud.ravellosystem.com. - Access to running VMs will not be available via fqdn (VM dns). - API calls to Ravello's service endpoints will not be operational. - Console access to running VMs will not be available.
Our team makes all efforts to reduce service disruption as much as possible. A special message will be posted for any event which requires users' attention.
